Payment Terms and Conditions

The cost of the course is that advertised on The Critical CARE Course website.

The registration fee includes a copy of the course manual (which is supplied in PDF format) and attendance to the course on the specified day.

Catering & refreshments are included; car parking is not included.

You will get an a receipt confirming payment and your place on the course.

If you can no longer attend a course, as much notice as possible is appreciated. 

  • Refunds will be given if notice is given to The Critical CARE Course no less than 6 weeks before the start of the course
  • If notice is given less than 6 weeks and more than 1 week before the start of the course, refunds will be made if the place on that course can be filled with another candidate. We will make efforts to fill your place on a course with another candidate but this can be difficult at shorter notice.

If notice is given less than 1 week before the start of the course, or a candidate does not attend, refunds are not made.

Other decisions are at the discretion of the course executives.

What if the course is cancelled by The Critical CARE Course?

This is highly unlikely but if, due to unforeseen circumstances the course needs to be cancelled, as much notice as possible will be given and a full refund will be issued. We will, of course, give you the opportunity to book onto a subsequent course.
